- You calculated an average speed for each interval. Are these values also your constant speed? Explain.
- It is 2,790 miles from L.A. to N.Y. If you average 60 mph, how many days will it take you to travel from Los Angeles to New York by car, non-stop? Will your speed be constant?
- If you leave L.A. on Monday at 8:00 am, stop for 7 hours of sleep each night, and stop for half an hour to eat three times a day, when (day and time) would you arrive in New York? Assume that you average 60 mph when you are driving.
