UCD: Biophysics 200A

 BPH 200A  Techniques in Biophysics. Topics in 200A include mathematical methods, modeling, mass spectrometry, stochastic process, scanning probe microscopy, electron microscopy, fluorescence, membrane diffusion/mechanics, and single particle tracking.

Each student will contribute a topic of the course to the BiophysWiki. Failure to submit a passing BiophysWiki assignment will result in receiving a failing grade

  2. Phase I is the construction phase of a selected Module. Sign up below by pressing the "Edit Page" button and writing your name next to the Module you will write or further develop under Phase I. The deadline for Phase I is 3/9.
  3. Phase II is the review phase of the THREE other Modules. Sign up below by pressing the "Edit Page" button and writing your name next to the one Module you will review under Phase II. The deadline for Phase II is 3/14.
  4. Phase III is the reconstruction phase of the one of the three Modules you reviewed in Phase II. Sign up below by pressing the "Edit Page" button and writing your name next to the Module you will write or further develop under Phase III. The deadline for Phase III is  3/19.
