    University Physics is designed for the two- or three-semester calculus-based physics course. The text has been developed to meet the scope and sequence of most university physics courses and provides a foundation for a career in mathematics, science, or engineering. University Physics II explores three core areas of physics: thermodynamics, electricity, and magnetism. The course begins with heat, temperature, and the laws of thermodynamics, then moves to electric forces, fields, and circuits, before covering magnetism and its connection to electricity. It concludes with Maxwell’s equations and electromagnetic waves, linking theory to modern technology. With clear explanations, examples, and exercises, this text provides the tools to understand and apply these fundamental principles.
