11: Kinematics in Two or Three Dimensions
( \newcommand{\kernel}{\mathrm{null}\,}\)
Armed with a knowledge of vector algebra, we are now in a position to examine kinematics in two and three dimensions. The approach will be very similar to kinematics in one dimension, except that we replace the position x, velocity v, and acceleration a with their vector counterparts: the position vector r, velocity vector v, and acceleration vector a.
